You will note that we have an Officer ’s tab and this will work on a very similar basis to the way the appointment and resignation of director’s work.
The appointment and resignation of an Officer will apply to any one defined as a Prescribed Officer and these would include the auditor, members of the audit committee, members of a board committee, etc.
Sky Sec will maintain these records and produce the necessary registers.
In this section we explain how this will work. When you appoint an officer it will be necessary to add a designation.
