To increase the authorized share capital, in edit mode add the number of the increase of shares. Only No Par Value authorized can be increased. Par value shares require a procedure in company law which you will find in Regulation 31.
In regard to Par Value Shares one has to adopt the procedure in regard to Regulation 31 before the increase in the authorized share capital can take place.
